Very clean, neat and tidy. Very friendly front desk help.

My kids accidentally made a call on the phone and management called being very rude even after explaining it was an accident. Even after, all interactions with staff and management were very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this specific hotel to anyone, let alone come back to this hotel myself. I was also required to leave a $100 cash deposit upon checkin that was never a part of the booking process. It was unexpected and I was glad that I had the extra money otherwise the fun weekend I had planned would have been ruined for my children and I. Overall experience was a 3/10. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very dirty and gross. There was a large insect (cockroach?) squished on the lobby floor no one bothered to clean. Our room was “non-smoking,” which apparently meant they just febreezed the room a lot to cover the smoke from previous patrons. The towels smelled horrible along with the linens. Basically, the only thing this room had as a positive was a warm shower.

Pillows were lumpy, room had a weird smell, no elevator, not clean, lumps of dust in corners of room. Overall just very basic.

It was amazing!! Very nice staff and the cleanliness was great.

The night auditer was the best. Took care of all my family needs and was very supportive of my frosted flakes habit....she was the best.

Toilet seat broken but other than that was good

Entryway was not automatic, difficult for seniors and handicapped. No elevator.
