I've stayed here twice. The location is great. Shopping and dining around are convenient. The library is also very close. The room size is also large. Bottled water is provided every day. It is highly recommended to choose this hotel when going to Boston

The first day we checked in happened to be the first day the employees went on strike and rallied and marched outside the hotel. It was so noisy that they started beating gongs and drums at 7 a.m. the next morning. The noise lasted all day.
The quarrel ended only in the afternoon of the next day. Rare experience.

Right in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas.

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised to participate in the hula and lei weaving classes organized by the hotel. They also have ukulele classes. It's a pity that we didn't sign up.
The hotel's swimming pool and hot tub are very comfortable.
The complimentary chocolates and facial masks made our family very happy.
The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Next door to the hotel is the bus station. Unfortunately, we had too much luggage and the driver wouldn't let us on.
The only drawback is that it is very difficult to get a taxi or ride-hailing service nearby.
We persisted in booking an Uber, and it took about an hour before we got one. It’s about $65 from the hotel to Waikiki Beach.
However, this is still a very beautiful hotel. One ticket for the cultural center next door is good for three days. So it will be more reasonable to book two nights in the future.
This way you can walk back to the hotel to rest after the show in the evening. You can go again the next day.
By the way, hotel parking requires another $20.
Everything else is fine. recommend! Come again in the future!

Recommended for family travel! The appearance is inconspicuous, the facilities inside are OK, the post-modern industrial style, the room is big enough, there is a kitchen, dining table, couch, writing desk, pots and utensils are complete, the refrigerator is big enough, there is a dishwasher... do it yourself There is no problem with rice. We stayed here for 13 days, breakfast buffet, no one at all, completely open, free coffee all day, don't expect a breakfast like a domestic hotel, more monotonous, almost no change, homemade waffles plus sauce The cream is delicious... Don't forget to bring your own slippers, toothpaste toothbrush and shower gel, shampoo conditioner hair soap is available. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel. There are some wine eggs. It is about 20 minutes walk from Chinatown Supermarket in Chinatown.

This hotel is located in the safest area in Boston, facing the sea, with a good view! However, the facilities are relatively old, and the service is really hard to describe. I feel that several front desks are incomprehensible and sloppy; they have paid in full in advance and have been repeatedly informed, and the room fee has been swiped twice. If there is no instant message on the credit card , will muddle along in a daze, I am really convinced, and I have no apologies for making mistakes, and I have fully felt the maddening casualness and sloppyness, and the service is poor!
The Courtyard Boston Logan Airport provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Courtyard Boston Logan Airport offers a pleasant stay in Boston for those traveling for business or leisure. With Revere Beach MBTA Station just 4km away and General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport only 4km away, transportation is very convenient. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Orient Heights Metro Station within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Noyes Playground, American Legion Playground and Christ the King Presbyterian Church / East Boston all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Boston hotel provides parking on site. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

It's okay, the price-performance ratio is average. When booking, it was said that the room is 42 square meters, but it may actually be less than 20 square meters. The facilities are a bit old, but in line with expectations. There are many guests. There is free parking, but it takes a while to find a parking space at night.

Outstanding
KK_travelsLove the convenience of this hotel and it’s very clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and there is a walkway tunnel right to my terminal from the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here and the restaurant is also very delicious.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, connected to the shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping. Downstairs is the Public Library. There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel. If you want to eat, you need to order a la carte. The Destination Fee of $30 per day can be used for breakfast. It is not enough for two people.
TTianboyangfuWhen I checked in, I asked if I could get a room with a city view. The guy at the front desk smiled and said that the room I booked could not be viewed. I received the room card and went into the room. It was quite spacious and the bathroom was big enough. But there was a buzzing noise. I checked and noticed that there was an ice machine next door. It turned out to be the sound. I went straight to a person at the counter and told him about the situation. He immediately accompanied me upstairs to check. Originally, he said that the ice machine could be turned off, but after consulting, he said that the ice would melt into water and overflow. But there were no vacancies. He gave me earplugs but I refused. He said to see if there were any reservations that night but did not come. I said I would wait. As a result, I waited for more than half an hour. I guess before 12 o'clock, I called to say that someone had cancelled. He came up with the room card and changed the room. It was much quieter. I wrote down his name: ******, the front desk manager of InterContinental Hotel. I can only say that I was lucky. If no one had cancelled the reservation that night, I would be in trouble.
GGuest UserIn Boston's summer, it's not easy for a family of three to find a hotel with two large beds (1.5 meters) and a reasonable price! After a long time of research, I finally decided on the hotel for my trip to the East Coast of the United States. I was very satisfied after checking in! Although it is close to the airport, you can use it as a base for Boston tourism! It's an eight-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station and ten minutes to the city center; the hotel offers free airport pick-up, which takes ten minutes one way; the surrounding area is absolutely safe and quiet, and I walked around alone at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening; the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and a sports center next to it, with green grass, football field, baseball field, and basketball court; capsule coffee is provided in the room, and freshly brewed coffee is provided in the lobby every morning. Like the domestic garden hotel, take-out cups are provided; breakfast is ten dollars, which is very conscientious, but unfortunately I didn't eat it because there are many places to eat around the subway station. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel and the room, so I recommend the Light of Boston! Black sesame and pistachio latte! It's a bit sweet😀
GGuest UserGreat location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides....
The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement!
Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the ”includes breakfast” listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise.
Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.
Eechong_2000LOCATION: excellent location with easy access to all major areas in Boston. Merely 7-8 minutes walk to the Red Line Andrews station (only 2 and 3 stations away from South Station and Downtown Crossing respectively).
ROOM: very spacious (which is very important and very rare among hotels in Boston) and clean with huge bed and comfy pillows. We had kitchenette and a fridge in our room which suits us perfectly. There is also laundry room and gym on ground floor. Both the environment and the room were very quiet and we never experienced any noise.
BREAKFAST: while we noted some negative feedback about the breakfast in previous reviews, we, however, enjoyed the breakfast very much, with good selections for our needs. I especially enjoyed making the waffle every morning.
STAFF: very helpful and friendly and responsive
PRICE: excellent value for money and we will surely stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Boston again.
GGuest UserThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oa**eal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
RRachelReally enjoyable stay. Mario at front desk helped check in early. The bed was small but the location of the hotel is fantastic. Right near the Boston common. House keeping everyday and was quite clean.
GGuest UserLiving in a hotel built more than a hundred years ago, it is very convenient to be surrounded by supermarkets, libraries, churches, stations, subways, and restaurants! The hotel service is good. If you are a person who is sensitive to history, then you are in the right place.
Gg2580acfokzThe hotel's sense of history and unique prison style make the hotel worthwhile, that is, the room is small, but how can the room be large in the prison, especially the road from the lobby to the room, just like the prison! recommend!
