Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!

Wir hatten zu zweit eine Suite mit Sauna in der Villa Dünen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Urlaub war Entspannung pur. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, direkt am Inselbahnhof und unweit zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder zum Strand. Vom Zimmer waren sowohl der alte Leuchtturm als auch das Meer gut zu sehen. Die Betten und die Gestaltung des Zimmers hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt und in der Privatsauna und in der Sauna im Keller konnte wir die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war bis 12Uhr!!! und sehr lecker ebenso wie das abendliche 3-Gänge-Menü. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...kurzum haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Da wir über Secretescapes gebucht hatten waren Preis-Leistung super.

Selten habe ich mich so schwergetan, eine Rezession zu schreiben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Villa Düne (liegt im Garten bzw. an der Goethestr. liegt, welches wir zu 95% empfehlen können. Die Suiten sind sehr schön, auch wenn noch nicht alle fertig waren. Die Tür zur Villa steht aber 24 Stunden am Tag/Nacht auf. Frühstück, Abendessen, Bar, Schwimmbad, Sauna etc. sind im Haupthaus. Das Haupthaus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Schwimmbad war mehrere Tage nicht zu nutzen, die Sauna erinnert an eine Kureinrichtungen der 70iger Jahre, Ruheraum was so kalt wir die Außentemperatur. Eine direkte Verbindung zwischen Haupthaus und Villa gibt es nicht, Man muss immer durch den Garten. Personal teilweise überfordert, da merkt man deutlich die Corona-Zeit und dass das Hotel teilweise mehrere Monate geschlossen ist.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral. Entree und Bar sind gemütlich-stylish eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war ordentlich gross, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Reinigungs Personal macht einen guten Job. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen kleinen Garten mit aussenpool, liegen und Sauna. Die Sauna könnte grosszügiger sein, ist aber auch im Ruheraum ausreichend und ganz nett gestaltet. Das Rezeptionspersonal und insbesondere das Frühstück Service Personal wirken genervt und hektisch. Da ist Luft nach oben.
