This is a very nice hotel. It’s new and clean, the rooms are big and facilities are great. I was able to get the tram to and from downtown with no problem. It is within walking distance of the airport but I can see how that would be difficult in bad weather. The area is new and apparently not in the Uber maps yet, so you can’t really order one to pick up at the hotel, but I was able to walk out to the road (＜5 mins) and get one there. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Overall had a great stay and would recommend.

Very nice hotel with pleasant pool + garden environment. Friendly staff and very handy shuttle service. It was very warm when we visited Bordeaux; so, relaxing at the pool on comfortable chairs was a real treat. The room was quite large although I did not appreciate getting one on the 1st floor (overlooking a gravel roof) when clearly there was lots of space available. Also, I guess because it was Sunday and because the hotel was not full, they offered only ‘room-service’ food options, both for lunch and for dinner, which really wasn’t too good. (Note: it seems to have had nothing to do with the COVID scenario because two days later (when my sister stayed there), a full menu was offered.

The hotel is located on the east side of the airport. It looks like taking a bus to the airport for about one or two stops. The facilities in the room are relatively simple and primitive. If you have high quality requirements for the hotel, it is recommended not to go.

From the reviews, it sounded like the best at the airport while still reasonably priced. To my disappointment, the rooms are minuscule. I travel with a carry on and finding a place where to open it was a challenge. It looks like they redid the rooms but they cut a lot of corners and the work was not well finished. There are two floors and there are no elevators. The rooms and the reception are two separate building, so in the winter dress up to go for breakfast. They could improve their breakfast with fresh croissants, some typical French baguette. All in all it is OK. Next time I will try the hotels next door.

The hotel is located in the city centre and is located in the city centre. When we arrive, we find all the disabled places occupied, which is a surprising lack of luck, so we have to park on a valid place and gallery to discharge our business. When we arrive at the reception, we ask if there is a disabled meeting in the hotel? The receptionist, disturbed, explains to us that no and tells us that the place will be released. Indeed, we notice that a employee was parked without any particular reason on a disabled place. To continue in surprise and foolishness, we also notice that the director himself is stationed without real reason that can explain this lack of civilization and disrespect !!! With no excuse and with a complete detachment, this last and coldly, we say that now the place is free!! Scandalous!! Mr. Director, take my disability and you will understand what is the daily distress that PMRs have to suffer with people like you. I don't advise this establishment and I'll not go back there!!!

Great budget stay for 1 night. Room is very tiny so not ideal if you have large suitcases, we had to place ours under the bed. Shower and bathroom good, you get complimentary shower gel and soap. Easy access to the centre attractions, 15 mins walking and public transport stops just outside (we used bus 1 to the airport) and it stops at the Palais of Justice). Staff super friendly and efficient, couldn't do more to help really!! Checking was done within a few mins. Luggage storage is 2euros. We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment but will definitely stay again. Convenient and safe location.

Supernice and supergood hotel, marvelous room and central downtown location. Normally i book rooms in the 100-150E range. I decided to go a bit more luxurious and i tremendously enjoyed it. Im an easy going traveler, i was i Bordeaux to assess architecture and urbanism projects. I rented a bike to go around the city. The hotel staff is very naturel an friendly, no rush to empty your wallet but rather making sure you have a great time... Best hotel experience i had i a lon time travelling the globe. Wholeheartedly recommended!! Bordeaux is the best French City!

Although it may be welcome, it is welcome in the hotel. All staff are very helpful. Very nice room, most importantly very clean and bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price of the room..... very generous. Good parking lot, very close to transportation Frankly, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base to visit Bordeaux. From the outside the hotel does not look like much and google maps took us through a questionable part of town to get here. Less central than the centre would imply this hotel is about 15-minute walk from the main part of Bordeaux however it is very close to the tram and a shopping centre/mall. The room was comfortable and a typical size room for novotel. The hotel internally looks recently renovated and have a reusable water bottle system in place however its only 1 per room and there was 2 of us.

I stayed at this facility on September 14th and 15th 2019. It ticked all the boxes for me even though l booked quite late and weekends in Bordeaux are busy so as £70 a night it was more pricey than l usually pay at Adagio. However, it was still good value and the best option available for my needs. The location is very good. A quiet street less than 10 minutes walk from the tram and only 15 minutes walk from one of Bordeaux's main shopping malls which is anchored by a big Auchan with large supermarket department. Everything was explained to me in English. The same staff member was on shift throughout my stay and she was absolutely excellent and friendly. Reception does close at 18.00 at weekends at this branch so visitors do need to be able to work with that. The room was a good size as was the bed. The TV worked, there was sufficient natural light and the room had been well cleaned between bookings.The kitchenette area was separate from the main part of the room and the supply of catering/cooking equipment was good. I find Accor tend to provide more pans,cutlery, crockery than their competitors. So, good place to stay and if the young woman on shift of 14th -16th September is typical, very high level of staff performance.
