Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche Ona - Bordeaux

Premium location , easy access to all center , breakfast simple and good . Service was perfect

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. It is in downtown and a few steps from the tram B. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed. My room was very quiet, although pretty small. I won’t recommend it for two people. The staff is gentle and professional. What was disappointing was the unavailability of a business room for work at the needed time. I had to go out to find a place for my business call at 9:00 AM.

Room was great, spacious and had good amenities. Breakfast was delicious and staff were supper friendly. Only minor complaint is that I wish the safe were large enough to accommodate a standard size laptop.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. It was clean, comfortable an had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet, comfortable, with very helpful staff, and the perfect location in central Bordeaux.

Wonderful stay. Room oddity was the separate water closet had no sink to wash hands when finished. You had to walk across the foyer hall to the shower/sink room to wash up. Breakfast was worth the time and money. Hotel on a narrow alley with reception one floor up from ground level. For security, the elevator stopped at reception even when ascending to higher floor. It was not a bother. Hotel only a 5 minute walk from meeting point for many guided tours and 10 minutes from a varied selection of restaurants, most of which required reservations.

OK, but not great The hotel is centrally located, 2 mins from the Opera and Rue Saint-Catherine. However, the rooms are quite small and the hotel is split is two locations which is a bit incovenient (fitness center in an other building 5 mins walk away)
