The breakfast was not that good, but the location was okay. The service staff are warm and polite. You can play in the swimming pool on the top floor. The scenery is pretty good, especially the beautiful scenery under the sunset.

Overall good experience and good value for your money. Appreciate that they upgraded the room however got a twin bed instead of queen or king. Few selections on breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel, but already tired. Breakfast is very poor, noisy in the evenings. And overall everything is fine)

It was really bad. There was nothing in the breakfast. Half of what I ate was charged to me. Plus, it was so noisy outside at 2:30 in the middle of the night. I didn’t sleep well all night. If I come to Long Beach, I still have to go to Hanna, and the rest won’t work.

Conveniently located by the beach along a great ***** of restaurants and bars. Check-in was slow which was not a great start but staff made up for it by being friendly. There was no hot water for the last 2 days of the stay. Breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel is clearly not worthy of 4 stars. The room smelled terrible, when we asked to change the room we were told that all the rooms were already occupied, although it was clear that many rooms were empty.

If you like noise and don't like sleep, then this is the ace for you. The staff here were superb. We felt welcome and cared for. Rooms perfect size and beds super comfy. Balcony had a good view and the TV was huge and good quality. My son enjoyed his evening movies. Unfortunately this potentially idyllic place was ruined by the noise around it. Next door there was a field of roosters who crowed from 3.30 am. They were very loud and the balcony doors didn't keep any noise out at all. Twice we were woken by early departures wheeling their luggage past our room (3.15am!) The keyboard music was simply awful and unnecessarily loud. Tacky, with a rubbish backing track. The place next door had loud club music blasting out til all hours which could be heard with the hotel music. One night we had to try to go to sleep with a football crowd watching the Asian cup projected onto the side of the building. The shower was two temperatures:scorching hot for a minute then freezing cold. I would never stay here again. Ruined my holiday.

The hotel is not bad, but it is not new. The location is great, the pool is on the roof and below, but it's more for children. When we checked out, we were forced to wait 20 minutes for them to check our room, I didn’t like this at all, I asked them several times to speed up. We were in a hurry to the airport.

Хорошее расположение на 3 станции и это единственный плюс. Из минусов: Завтраки абсолютно несъедобные, все это сопровождается неприятными запахами и грязной посудой. Так что брать здесь проживание с завтраками бесполезная трата денег, я не смогла там ничего съесть. В номерах нет окон, но это еще пол беды, т.к. при бронировании я уже знала об этом, но что в номерах нет нормального освещения, и даже утром ощущение, что ты в конуре, нет возможности нормально собраться, т.к. привести себя в порядок в полутьме тот еще квест. Персонал абсолютно безразличный, ничего плохого сказать не могу, но и особой заинтересованности в своих гостях я тоже не увидела. В целом сложилось не очень приятное впечатление об отеле.
