I would definitely change the pillows.
The hotel in general is great, awesome gym.

The property has a lot to offer. Great for families since it has a lot of activities for the kids. However, the hotel needs to improve the maintenance. The showers in the room have mold, the light in the mirror was broken, tv wasn’t working and pillow cases smelled funny. Definitely, I won’t call it a 5 star hotel.

Hotel Las Americas has become my go to, when I stay in Cartagena, Colombia… I visit CTG at least twice a year, and every time is a great time. I love booking the Junior suite with sea view. I was AMAZED: two bathrooms and two balconies with the view to the ocean. It does NOT get any better than that!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was nice we stayed on the new tower .
Infinity pool closes to early (8pm)
The front desk gentleman failed to mention mini bar is not included . But the fridge by the lobby is free which it makes no sense , same items in the room .
Bathroom was clean expect my tub it had black mole by the tub .
Bed are super comfortable definitely my favorite.

The building is very nice and spacious in its facilities but the maintenance is poor and the decoration is very poor, plants, flowers and good smells are missing in general.

Great hotel, excellent staff with private beach and great rooftop pool without children’s and a lot of other pools for the kids in front of the beach.
The room was great, clean and beautiful.

everything was amazing until check out, the girl at the front desk started to add nonsense money to my check out bill because of the room beverage and snacks.. she also was a little rude talking to us, so I told her charge everything that you want to charge and that's it...

Make sure you get breakfast you will not regret it. I swear its the best buffet you will have it feel like an all you can eat thats organic. Very good selection. Wayyyy better then dr. Staff there are so courteous
