SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!
sudah lama sekali ga stay di puncak, mungkin lebih dr 15 tahun deh, ke sini lg sm anak² dan mutusin buat stay di Royal Safari Garden, dan ini adalah pilihan yang sangat tepat.
Lokasi: sangat strategis, dengan sm mini market, taman safari dan tempat jajan.
Fasilitas: komplit!!! Ga cuma kamar, tp mini zoo, bird show, waterpark, breakfast with animal, playground, game room dan banyak lg.
Sevice: semua nya sangat ramah, mulai dr security, reception, concierge, resto team, sampe ke pool attendance semua sangat baik, ramah dan membantu sekali.
Rekomendasi personal, klo bs stay lebih dari 1 malem deh karna ga akan cukup rasanya klo cm semalem, hotel yang sangat menyenangkan buat liburan bersama keluarga.

The room is clean and big enough to accomodate family with four kids, breakfast selection is not much during my stay. Stayed for one night and went to Taman Safari with kids. Would recommend this hotel.

Good part: The location is good, not far away from Taman Safari and has a lot of local restaurants nearby. Breakfast choices are also great. The reptiles island, elephant rides, etc is a big plus.
Bad part: The room is big but not maintained well, the bathroom smells awful. My kid was bitten by bugs during the night.
Takeaways: great hotel for family, but pick carefully the room type. Mine is Giraffe Deluxe, try to avoid any rooms within the Giraffe building.
