Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

The rooms are super clean, there was a nice variety of food at the buffet, and reservations were easy to make at the special restaurants and the pools and beach never seemed crowded. Very relaxing. Also, the concierge team does a great job ensuring you enjoy the resort and Puerto Vallarta, especially Fernando- he is awesome. I highly recommend!
Hotel Rio Malecon

We just spent 2 weeks at Hotel Rio. The best location, the best rooms and the best bar and restaurant. Thank you Carlos and the crew at Coexist (Kevin, Niva and Nacho) for our 2 weeks so good. Rooms very nice, we had a corner king with a wrap around balcony. The food and cocktails at the restaurant is top notch. We had breakfast lunch and dinner during our stay and food was very good. You can’t beat the location. Thank you Hotel Rio for such a wonderful vacation. Before we left we made our reservations for February 2025
Hotel Mousai - Adults Only

We've already submitted a general overview review pf our extremely pleasant experience, but I'd like to highlight one of the team members who went above and beyond-- amd that is Ricardo Leon! His role is as one of the bellboys, but he treated us as Convierge extraordinaire! I fell in love with the hotel robes and unfortunately my size was no longer available as originally indicated by the spa. So into action goes Ricardo who apparently overheatd what was going on. He immediately intervened and did whatever he could to find my size. Our car ro the airport was on its way so time was of the essence. Where he could've not even bothered because of our limited time, he was determined to fullfill our desire up intil the last minute. Now THAT is exceptional care amd attentiveness to the guest. Moussai is better for having him as part of the team! Mil gracias Ricardo...hasta la proxima!!
Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

This is an affordable all-inclusive place to stay with a nice beach for swimming and sitting on the sand. There isn't much shade but you can rent a beach umbrella and chairs. The lobby and buffet are open air so it can get really hot during the warmer months. The food was safe, but unremarkable. There was a good variety of choices everyday and each night at the buffet had a theme, such as Mexican, Seafood night and BBQ to name three. We were there at the beginning of October and the weather was still quite hot and the Air Conditioning in the inside restaurants was not quite strong enough to cool the place down, but the servers were excellent. I was worried before arriving that the hotel would be noisy at night, but they have a night club for the resort across the street for all of the late night partiers making the hotel a quiet place to rest and sleep. However, one of the elevators must have been over something very stinky because most of the time, there was a smell of sewer for a lot of our rides. It was the elevator that was for the rooms on the beach front side of the hotel that went up to the 7th floor. The other elevator in that section only went up to the 6th floor. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on a top floor with roof exposure so our room was never able to cool down below 77 degrees despite the hotel's efforts to fix the AC so I had difficulty sleeping. I understand the lower rooms were nice and cool for sleeping. The maid did a great job keeping our room clean! This is a great place to stay for those who like a busy active beach area. It is centrally located which makes it easy to go into town or access tours. The hotel staff was great. If you want a more relaxing, quieter beach and pool, you will probably need to go elsewhere.
Los Arcos Suites

I was originally going to give this hotel a great review. We are not picky happy to go with the flow. We know what we book so don’t expect extra. But on our last day our flight didn’t go until 7 pm. Our flight didn’t get here until almost 8 pm so why aren’t we doing the 24 hour thing They cut us off everything at 11 am. Almost treated us like criminals on the beach chairs. Telling us we had to go back and get different bracelet's on. We have over tipped everyone here being appreciative of where we are. But honestly they don’t care tip no tip. Probably will never stay here again
BellView Hotel Boutique

We had a wonderful stay at the bellview in PV. From the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive waiters in the amazing Capella restaurant, the service was impeccable. Daniella and Chantal in the front office offered a wealth of information and we’re always present to assist us with a smile. Truly appreciated. We were celebrating a birthday and the front desk sent the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries to our room. We also had dinner in the restaurant, and enjoyed the strolling violinists and the delicious food served facing the fabulous view and sunset. One day we had forgotten to turn our “make the room sign” and when we returned late afternoon we wanted to get some fresh towels and within just a few minutes, someone came to refresh our bathroom. The hotel itself is quaint and tastefully appointed with each room having its own charm. Ours had an exceptionally large balcony o overlooking Our lady of Guadalupe church. In addition to being large we enjoyed having a veranda complete with a fountain ( hence the name fuente Milagros) Bedding was firm just the way we like it. Overall a great stay! We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely place.
