We have chosen Blues this year as a middle stop to Austria. Authentic houses, beautiful monastery and an impressive blue lake can be found back in Blues. We stayed 1 night at Hotel Ochsen. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We found the evening dinner rather poor. Also during the breakfast buffet we missed a warm dish (BV Spek, Eggs, ...). The room was spacious and clean but already some date. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, so everything is really to reach at walking distance.
