Fantastic Hotel , best hotel we've stayed at in blackpool .Great value for money and an amazingly good breakfast . Owners away but the guy in charge (feel rude we never asked your name) was so friendly and welcoming .We will not be using anyone else again for our blackpool trips .

Stayed two nights 3rd 4th May. First time stay here and we were fortunate to get 2 rooms on a late booking thanks to the hotels policy of no hens,stags or young farmers. Staff were a pleasure, nothing too much trouble, clean,tidy,and cracking breakfast all you need in a small freindly hotel. Will definitely stay again

We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. The room was lovely with lots of extras, and the single beds were very comfortable. The toiletries provided were very comprehensive, even included a small toothbrush and mini tube of toothpaste, and the walk in shower was luxurious. Last but by no means least, the breakfast each morning was excellent.

If you're looking for old-fashioned courtesy and customer service, this is the place for you. If you're looking for delicious food, this is also the place for you. You'll also want a spotlessly clean room, and you get that too. Janine and Tim are friendly and attentive, flexible and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Blackpool. TripAdvisor says I should mention the bad and the neutral as well as the good, but I'm struggling to think of anything... Oh, I guess this is a small hotel with no lift, so if you have mobility issues, ask for the ground floor room.

Raffles hotel is an absolute gem in Blackpool. The owners are so welcoming and can not do enough for you. The food is absolutely amazing and the choice of breakfast and dinner is definitely worth every penny. We stayed in the Alice family room 1 double bed and a separate area with 2 single beds. Can not recommend this B&B highly enough. Will definitely return.

very nice clean & comfortable room . great breakfast nicely cooked & good presentation .good bar area & very nice & friendly owners. close to tower , winter gardens & shops . Evening meals available but we did not have any but looked like a good choice . { i believe these to be pre booked}. If in Blackpool again we would return.

What a lovely hotel so clean and welcoming. The owners Tim and Janine are lovely people and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms have little extras plus a bar of rock!! The breakfast is excellent we will definitely be back.

Weekend stay 15th/16th July, booked direct, centrally located which is a massive bonus, my main reason for booking Raffles was the parking, arrived all spaces taken 😟 tried a few local car parks & with the darts on at the Winter Gardens this became a problem, Tim to the rescue sorted me a space in a neighbouring hotel. Top floor room 6, quite & comfortable sleep 💤 room very clean, little touches like slippers, sowing kit, toothbrushes not expected, breakfast good quality, very filling, would have no hesitation in staying or recommending this B&B.

I stayed at Raffles Hotel once again for our annual Army Reunion in Blackpool. As always you are treated to well appointed rooms, friendly staff and a superb cooked to order breakfast. A warm welcome awaits and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!
