Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate)

Always a good nights sleep with Premier Inn and great showers with loads of decent hot water. I was most surprised in the quality of the breakfast. I am sure they get the same ingredients delivered as all sites, but the way this site prepared them was sumptuous.

After a very long trip by road arriving in the early hours, we found the night staff to be friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast staff very cheerful and hard working, plenty of food choice. The hotel conveniently close to the wedding venue we were attending.

Lots of parking, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean ang spacious. Breakfast was good value for money. It's right next door to Toby Carvery where we had 2 lovely carvery dinners and a few drinks before heading to bed. Very quiet for a good night sleep.

on arrival check was fine. Room - 1. security chain removed from door but staff said this was for refurbishment.(?) 2. soap dispenser filthy and had to clean it 3. outside of bathroom dustbin filthy 4. toilet flush handle falling off, said they could not fix it and would have to get someone in to do it. They did not. 5. only one hand towel for 2 people. 6. bed far too high. difficult for partner to get in and out of as she is only 4'11". Would have measured the height but never brought a measuring tape as was not expecting this problem

Thought we would book Premier inn as it known quantity, however disappointing, Had to negotiate potholes at entrance each evening!!!

A most enjoyable stay! The friendly staff were helpful and attentive. Comfortable room and bed with everything required to make the stay most enjoyable! Thank you!

The team were really helpful with rooms and service. One of them went out of the way to sort us a taxi as there were none available. Had a great stay! And late checkout, felt safe and helpful staff, a would stay again was real so ably cheap. Very laid back and helpful! 10/10

Easter break fast with the family was brilliant. The kids enjoyed getting a little chocolate egg for a treat after their breakfast. Teresa was very pleasant and professional. Couldn’t do anymore for us. Anything running low was topped up immediately. Will definitely be back.
