Our favourite Boutique hotel in a great location.
The bar and restaurant is very attractive. Though we didn’t dine here this time the food is very good value too.

The hotel is on St Paul’s Square. Parking around the square is free on Sundays. The entrance is worthy of a selfie and a post on Instagram. Reception is in the left corner of the lobby as you enter and the desk staff are very helpful and informative. Rooms are small but very clean. The minibar was “free”. Lifts out of order.

On a pretty square in a lovely building. Room was nice, but need to sort the mould in the bathroom, and the pillows were a bit lumpy. That said would likely stay again. Service was very friendly.

The hotel looks lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What lets it down (apart from the pillows, which are awful!) is the noise from the bar. This made it impossible to get an early night's sleep. At least it did quieten down after midnight. The breakfast was very tasty, which went some way to making up for a poor night's sleep.

Rooms were freezing cold with almost see through quilt covers. Lift doesn’t work.
Not the hotels fault but work men outside with cutting machines and heavy plant from 7am. £21.50 for overnight parking even in this area is rather steep.

Hotel was lovely and staff great only downside was that I booked breakfast for one as one of us had to leave early however I was charged for two breakfast which I didn’t realise til I received my receipt later on

Looked great on the photos.
Other than the Bar area and downstairs - rest of the hotel was budget class.
In addition the lift was out of order, the heating didn’t work and my colleagues and I all suffered the same on a night when it was -2/3 degrees. Coffee machine didn’t work - so all in all a poor experience. The positive - free parking outside until 8am and 2 small bottles of Prosecco and Orange Juice as complimentary.
