Lovely comfortable hotel. Everything was beautifully clean and the room spacious. The bed was of the usual great Premier comfort. Lisa was really helpful after I had made a mistake with my booking, ensuring I had a suitable room. The staff were warm welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. I would definately chose this hotel next time I come to Birmingham.

The hotel was very fresh and clean, easy to find and there is plenty of parking. A harvester next door makes it easy to eat if you don’t want to go back out. As usual beds comfy and rooms warm. Thanks to Lisa for being so accommodating, helpful and welcoming!

Nice location (just off the M6 Junction - almost missed it), good staff and good room. The room was typical for family of 2 kids and 2 adults with known issues. As per the staff, great people especially the lovely lady at reception (Sunday 29th 2024,) and the staff in the restaurant. Breakfast was great and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. It was almost comparable to fine-dinning. Thanks very much all.

This is a great hotel. Lisa of the Front Desk and Tina from housekeeping go up and beyond what is expected. Great location just off the M6 and convenient to bus stop and the local pub Harvesters. Breakfast was noteworthy but expensive compared to the pub next door.

A premier inn is a premier inn. They are always the same wherever you go in the country. Clean, comfy, and the staff are always friendly. Bed was lovely and comforatble, breakfast was nice. Area was very quiet and I slept brilliantly. There is a shop over the road, and a petrol station near by .

Easy parking (plenty at the front and around the back too) with a comfortable bed and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Lisa on reception. Nice and quiet as Premier Inns usually are and with a Harvester Restaurant right next door.

Stayed for a few days, lovely quiet hotel and Lisa on the front desk deserves a pay rise for going above and beyond, giving me her 40% off at the restaurant which she didn't have to do. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed. Fantastic stay.

Fantastic stay, lisa who greeted us on reception was so helpful going out of her way to accommodate us with an iron and irioning board bringing it to the room. Calling us a taxi before we went out for the evening. Again greeting with a warm friendly manner at breakfast, which was delicious. The hotel is spotless warm and friendly.
