Fantastic hotel staff lovely and helpful and very kind our room was lovely and clean had everything in there we needed slept really well bathroom was lovely and clean dinning area spotless and nice cant wait to stay there again in june thank u for an amazing stay love Maria And Dave xxxx

Receptionist was the most welcoming & personable personality I’ve ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Definitely deserves the praise! Room was spotless, and it was more than adequate for a place to stay whilst meeting my friends for a joint birthday celebration. Can only apologise if I’m a state when I check out! My main appreciation goes to the patient and lovely personality that was Fahmeech thank you.

This hotel is just a short walk from Symphony Hall and the Arena and thus also the City Centre. It is a basic Travelodge providing very clean simple accommodation at great value. The staff are super friendly and we use this hotel two or three times every year when going to concerts. My rating takes into account the low costs.

Such a friendly hotel, bedroom is nice clean and was so warm, the breakfast was nice and fresh, lovely lady on the desk fahmeeda was so helpful and friendly she gave us suggestions on places we could go to eat, we’ll definitely return again thank you

I fancy Fahmeeda. Maybe I feel comfortable to say so because her customer service is so great Other than the location of the hotel is convenient But really, you have a gem in Fahmeeda She makes her guests feel welcome. I've stayed in travelodge previously but this by far has been a great experience because of Fahmeeda

were in Birmingham for 3 days stayed in the travel lodge broad way central plaza with family and kids It was a decent hotel to stay. Nice environment very pleasent staff especially Mr Gokhan amd Ms Fahmeeda who were helpful when ever asked Clean room and bathroom Decent breakfast which was inclusive in our room package Will come again if visiting Birmingham

The best management and the customer service team here. Fahmeeda and Gokhnan are a absolute cracker of a team. The stay was wonderful and the team was absolutely amazing. They were helpful in suggesting us spots, places, bus routes, and food spots. Amazing team.
