The staff were very sweet. Had a lot happen and they did their best to get us in soon as they could. Good breakfast also. Maids were a little rude that we were running late to check out but partly our fault. Over all good

No one ever answer the phone from the front desk
All breakfast sandwiches were pork. No choice for people who don't eat pork.

Well I had to stand at the desk for 45 mins waiting When we finally check in they was remodeling the bathrooms we got to our room we had no drain and we was unaware of that so tell they came in our room and told us so we was not able to bathe use the toilet or wash our hands and I’m still in the room no one has offered to move us or anything luckily my aunt had a room down from us so we been walking from our room 201 with an unfinished bathroom to room 207 3 different ppl have came to our room to look at the bathroom but no one has offer to move us or nothing I’m still in the room writing this and this is the worse situation ever to be put in a room without safe sanitation practices I feel bad for the ppl under us cause what water we did us has leaked and caused water damage I know this cause the maintenance man told me so I will never stay here again

The staff was extremely rude when my 20 year old son tried to check in. He had stayed here multiple times for work but was refused the last time. I had called before making our first reservation to make certain he would be allowed to check in.

Food was decent at breakfast, but one of the 2 rooms, the shower water was cold & never got hot. Also the tub was incredibly slow to drain.

I stayed for more than a week and there was always someone cleaning, EVERYDAY!! The Housekeeping staff were always friendly and attentive. So were the Front Desk Staff. Clean rooms, comfy bed, Beautiful blue pool, easy check-in, good breakfast, wheelchair accessible rooms and quiet. Not too much traffic and that was very nice. I throughly enjoyed my stay and I do recommend this hotel!💜💜🙂🙂
