Preferred Hotels in Bilbao

Although it is a single room, the area is not small. The hotel has a first-class location, right next to the airport bus station, on the small square, and convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to the old town and the museum river. However, although this hotel is a five-star hotel, it does not have a swimming pool. The breakfast is expensive at 26 euros and is relatively simple (by five-star standards).

Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. There are many public transportation stations at the door, and you can also walk to many attractions and restaurants. The only thing I don't like is the design of the toilet. The bathroom door is half open, and I am worried about water overflowing. In addition, the toilet glass door cannot be opened, which will make it very hot after taking a shower. The hair dryer is placed in the drawer and cannot be moved, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Apart from these, I am generally satisfied~

When booking, I specially found a relatively new hotel. The subway is downstairs. The male compatriots are three subway stops to the St. Mame Stadium to watch the ball. Across the road is the British Palace Shopping Mall. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. It is very convenient. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and the public parking lot takes more than 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and cafes around, and it is super convenient to eat.

The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

I lived once many years ago. This time I feel pretty good. The location is of course quite convenient. I can go to the central area commercial street, Guggenham, the old town. It is within walking distance. The surrounding restaurants are very delicious. Pintxos is also trying it again. The room was clean and tidy, and a whole set of toiletries was provided, and the procedures were fast. Maybe the food around is too delicious, and the breakfast feels inferior to the memory. There will definitely be noise along the street, but it is not a big problem, because the air conditioner feels a bit stuffy and I opened a little window, so the noise does not affect sleep in this case.

Cost-effective choice, located in the middle of the old city and the new city, easy to travel, 20 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel, the hotel has just been renovated, and the breakfast is rich.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating.
