Comfort Suites

This honestly might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Ever been in a very damp basement? That was the smell that engulfed us when we walked in. I will say check in was quite easy, though the staffer did constantly ask (four times) if we had pets (no). Things were worse in the room (room 113). Yes, we could hear the highway all night, it happens. However, the room simply was not clean, with the bathroom being particularly filthy (I have pictures). The room itself was extremely “humid,” like, even the linens felt wet. Thermostat was set at 74. I immediately bumped it down to 70, hoping it would remedy that problem. All it did was make us cold and wet 30 minutes later. Why you ask? The thermostat still read 74, so it just continued to pump out freezing air. Ridiculous. At any rate, we really just wanted to get some sleep after long days of work/school and a six hour drive (we rolled in after 11). It really didn’t happen, as no one was comfortable. We refused to use the disgusting shower in the morning, so we saddled up to leave about 8:30. We were greeted outside by the same mildew smell combined with the worst cleaning solution I’ve ever encountered by a hospitality crew. We did not dare go near the breakfast area, so can’t speak on that. In closing, I’m sure their management will add their canned response under this, though if they really had any concern for such a situation, they would issue a full refund for our stay, while ensuring this won’t happen to others.

Check in was flawless, until informed we needed to take two queen beds instead of King. No big deal. Then come back thru lobby to have desk advise they were moving us again since the room assigned had not been clean. We were up there and it was clean and ready to use. Beds were very uncomfortable. Ice is at far end of the hallway on each floor instead of in vending error.

Enjoyed our stay while we were traveling with our two kids. Room and hotel were clean, breakfast was good, and overall it was a quiet night sleep. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again.

The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit dirty and there was no sound proofing to block the nearby very loud freeway sounds.

Spacious dining area. Complimentary coffee was cold after breakfast hours.

We always stay at this hotel on our road trip. It's clean, safe, and right off the interstate. Love it!!

Great room, quiet and very clean. The breakfast left a little to be desired but that wasn’t a big deal for us. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was recently renovated and it was wonderful! Been on the road for over a week now and stayed in hotels & VRBO home and this was by far the nicest place! The bed was fabulous! Would highly recommend!

We came to check in around 4 PM. There was already 3 people waiting with only 1 person to check us in. Took about 45-50 min.
