So started with check in : very good lovely reception, area clean. then went downhill from there, had an apartment so had bags of stuff as well as luggage, fridge full of food... didn't realise there was no internet wifi until a few hours later, approached reception told if nothing they will give us another room. which they did... didnt offer to help move our bags or anything i had to ask for a trolley.. then moved from rear of the hotel to the front of the hotel... room the same... Aboriginal guests were yelling and letting all their family and friends in through a little gate at the front, late at night.. next day went out as i had a late check out time 1pm.. returned about 12pm to get my belonging and couldn't get into my room as card was deactivated. went to reception reactivated, went to room to grab my stuff load my car. went to get back in card expired again after 5 minutes ?? luck my partner was inside to let me back in...... i won't be back very disappointing hotel.
