Hotel Indigo Berlin - KU'Damm

Berlin|0.5km from ManuFactum Store
I would highly recommend staying here if you are running the Berlin Marathon. Being from North America, I had a preference to stay at a hotel that was a known brand to me. This hotel is a part of the IHG brand (Holiday Inn). You can expect the same type of experience that you would expect from any other IHG hotel. It was a very short walk to the zoologischer garten S-bahn station which makes travel to the Marathon easy (and other tourist sites for that matter). The above ground railway gives you multiple trains to access (S5/S7/S9 etc) and the distance/time is very short (less than 20 minutes to get to Berlin main station (including the walk from the hotel to the station). This year, the hotel was hosting a pasta dinner each night leading up to the race. This made it easy to get a nice ”carbo loaded” dinner without leaving the hotel. I had pasta both nights and both times the food was excellent. Hopefully they will do again in future years. There was also a breakfast available race morning although I did not opt to take it. My room was exactly as pictured on the website. The shower was fantastic with handheld and waterfall options. The property has stairs for those who do not like elevators. At the time of this review, you can walk up and down stairs with no issues (you just need your room key to access the floor). I asked for a wake-up call on Marathon morning (as a backup to my phone alarm) and it worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every step of the way (no issues in only speaking English). All in all, a great experience!

The staff was friendly. I had a problem with the cleanness of the room. The staff manage another upgraded room with a late check inn option. like to stay again.
Best Western Plus Plaza Berlin Kurfuerstendamm

Rooms in clean condition, water cooker has provided very good services. Hotel is in the first class position directly on Ku'damm. How a room has taken to the street since the courtyard is a huge building site. Air conditioning is very good. Restaurant directly in the hotel. Something unusual, the rolling stairs that lead to the reception. Beds were really good. I missed a minibar in the room. I think it might be a little too high from the price performance ratio.
Hampton by Hilton Berlin City West

We stayed at HI Berlin City West for 3 nights. Hotel is two blocks from Savignyplatz station with lots of shopping and dining options in the Ku’damm district. Kadewe is a few stops by bus. It’s also two bus stops from the Zoo station which is a major bus and train terminal. S9 takes you directly to BER if you need to catch a flight. The hotel is reasonably priced, updated modern and very clean. Typical European breakfast buffet included has lots of options like cold cuts, fresh fruits, bread, scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, yogurts, etc. Housekeeping was done every day. The most important asset is the staff. Max L. was extremely helpful and enthusiastically helped us with all our requests. The only concern I have is we were assigned to a room on one side of the hotel which faces the train track. The train schedule is limited at night but we are light sleepers. Mary K. diligently and promptly resolved our concern about the noise and moved us to a higher floor.

Townhouse Berlin

I'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet apart-hotel et je dois dire que j'ai passé une excellente séjour. Arrivé tard, j'ai récupéré la clé de mon appartement avec un système de box ou l'on m'avait adressé le code par courriel. The apartment is very comfortable with a very contemporary déco and perfectly equipped for 2 people. All there is. Including coffee dozens for the nespresso. Water, beers and sodas available free of charge in the refrigerator. The heating is hyper performing because the nights are cold in April in Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I strongly recommend this place for the friendliness and discretion of the teams and the comfort of the apartment which is well located to discover Charlottenburg and the Schônberg district.

The style is unique and the interior is tastefully decorated. The room and bathroom are large. Facilities and equipment are very good. Convenient transportation, walking distance to the hub of the transportation hub zoo, very convenient by train, s-Bahn, u-bahn. There are restaurants nearby, not far from the famous street. There is also the Berlin University of the Arts. The staff are friendly and friendly. Waking up in the garbage truck one morning, a little regret. In addition, the hotel can use fitness equipment. Free water bar.
