located just right next to the Berlin (10secs walking distance). the staff is so friendly. the room is spacious and well-designed. recommend

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. I did not think through just where it was located and was not prepared for the big groups of teen students staying in the hotel. Despite quiet time starting at 10pm, it was well past midnight and they were laughing and talking loudly in the corridor, banging on each others' doors. I did not sleep well here. Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic.

Lovely hotel in great location for Uber Arena which was 10 mins walking distance. Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Room great and loved the fact that you could request housekeeping if you needed it. I would happily stay here again, as easy to get around Berlin as it's opposite Ostanbhopf station.

This hotel is super easy to reach if you travel by train because it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. While the reception looks a bit dark when you first come in, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Within a few minutes I was in my room, which was unfortunately located directly next to the elevators so I could often hear other guests. The view from the room right into the Spree was worth it though, and I love the interior decorations. There were also some nice accommodations in the room, like a bottle of water, a nespresso machine with a few free capsules, tea, a hairdryer and some shampoo and shower gel. There was no iron to button my shirt with, but I borrowed one at the reception free of charge. Breakfast was included in my booking, and there is a fair selection of topical foods like Brötchen, egg, beans, yogurt etc. I did not like the coffee but that’s just because I’m very picky about coffee. Overall I had a pleasant stay here, albeit the location of my room wasn’t ideal. (I did not ask for a room change because I was mostly out in the city anyway)

Great location, not too far out from the main city but easy to get anywhere with Ostbahnhof station across from you. Rooms were clean, fairly spacious and very modern with good facilities. Self check in & out was very straightforward and easy to use along with the online key card service.

Full of German school kids on a school trip, running riot through the hotel day and night. The rooms have 4 beds, so ideal for massive groups of kids and they advertise ‘ educational trips. So no surprise.!! Unfortunately they put us on the same floor as all the kids. Despite the hotel not being full. It was a nightmare. Don’t bother.

It's a bit weird for me to visit a hotel and not once to speak to a worker there. But that's not a "complaint" - just an observation that this hotel is very modern technologically. Checked in through the app, "key access" was via the app and Bluetooth and even room service can be summoned (or not) via the app. Very comfortable room. Mostly quiet (with little noise from the main road) and got a good night's sleep. Very clean throughout. Cafe/bar adjacent, vending machines in reception. Great location for the Uber Arena (my purpose for visiting Berlin) and right opposite the Train Station. Very good value too.
