The location is very accessible to central station but the kitchen is not clean as well as the rooms. The other guest put thier luggages just their at floor together with thier stinky socks etc.
I came there around 8pm, since it's my 1st time to avail this type of hotel, I don't know what to do. The front door of the hotel was locked. It takes 20mins after the staff noticed that I was outside. I try to call the customer service but no one is answering the phone.

It would be must grateful if the capsule could provide the air conditioner instead of fan only. Too hot to fall in sleep in hot summer / under higher temperature.

Good spot and cheap price but showers really mouldy, kitchen was pretty awful and the lounge wasn't open due apparently to covid. The capsules themselves were okay but definitely not as good as Japanese run capsule hotels and due to the state of the bathroom and kitchen area I won't be staying again.

The quality of the tenants is relatively high, so it's quite quiet. The air conditioner in the room is very cold, but once the door is completely closed, it may still be hot. The bathroom and shower rooms are very small and the sanitary conditions are average. I don't think it's suitable for girls to live here, but it doesn't matter if it's a guy. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, much better than I expected.

The capsule was clean and functional. I was scared at first but it ended up not being too bad. I prefer a capsule than a shared room with several people.
The location is great across from HayMarket.
Small disappointment for the very small toilets and showers, even smaller than the capsule itself.
Enough for 2 nights. However, I won't stay there for a whole week.
