Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg 3-star Hotels

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I booked a room online and enjoyed the latest discount rate. (paid with credit card). I didn't have any problems when booking a room online. Booking Accor Hotels in a simple and quick way. Hotel price is reasonable. Breakfast is good, but the cost is high. The location is excellent and is the heart of Berlin. Convenient to go anywhere: Sony Center, supermarket, Holocaust Memorial. The subway is also very close. Security is very good. There is a place to park in the hotel. I will stay here again. The room is good and clean. Staff were polite and spoke fluent English. Very happy to stay. I liked staying at SuiteHotel in Berlin and then walking around. Smart choice, highly recommended.

Location: The location is the prime advantage if you wish to visit Berlin. All the attractions are easily accessible with Bus/S-Bahn/U-Bahn. So full marks for this. Breakfast: For vegeterians, was plenty to choose from. So we are happy with it. Ofcourse for non-vegeterians, maybe bit disappointing as there was no omlett/Wursts/HotDogs etc which you least expect. Staff: Overall good, except one incidence. A Guy with specs, from the kitchen area, talked rudely with us as we were taking photos of the food. He could have talked politely which is the first and utmost thing you expect in Germany. Other than him the all other staff members were good. ROOMs: The rooms were quite small because of extra Bed. We would like to mention that we were completely disappointed with the extra bed. It was big , agree, but it looked like it was a Sofa-Bed and had very large structure which took lot of room space. Exactly the way the others have complained here. The quality of the mattress was poor. The pillow quality was as well poor for this extra bed. The double bed was big enough but the qulity of the mattress can be better. Cleanliness: The room was in general clean except that certain areas needed immediate attention. For example the iron-pad had dust layers so decided not to use it at all. The toilet seat was from outside clean but the inner side was unattended and hence not clean enough. Next day the room service cleaned up the room but it was also not perfect. They only made the bedsheets. They did not bother to once clean the surface of bedsheets. Which we immediately noticed. Which is not expected from room service.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a room overlooking the Berlin Wall which was really nice. Room was spotless and cleaned every day and had everything you needed for a stay. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection on the buffet. Location was great with a bus stop right outside taking you to central Berlin and also the train station at Ostbahnhof which wasn't a far walk anyway, maybe 10 minutes. Mercedesplatz was just behind the hotel too which was really good and had a wide range of places to eat and drink and always a great atmosphere. wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Berlin.

This hotel makes people feel the feeling of returning home: there are delicious dishes at home, a warm and homelike environment, and a full range of all-weather services. I'll come here if I have a chance.

I have stayed here twice now and have no major complaints! The location is great, right in the train station and only two stops from the city centre. The hotel also give you a travel pass to use on all public transport for the duration of your stay - AMAZING! This is a huge money saver. The rooms are a good size and ours had a fridge. The window opens well to ventilation. The staff are super friendly and helpful! This is a great hotel for money value. We will for sure be back!

Stayed here over a long weekend as a family of four for our first visit to Berlin. Our initial thoughts on arrival were that the hotel seemed a little bit ”out of the way”, but soon realised it couldn't have been more perfectly located for us and for what we were hoping for from our trip. The decor is very modern in style both in the communal areas and the bedrooms, and the two double rooms we stayed in on the top floor had an urban, industrial feel to them, whilst still being comfortable. They are compact by design, but have some very innovative storage spaces such as hangers on the wall, and an area marked out under the bed specifically for suitcases. The bed is without a doubt on the firmer side, but we slept well for the most part. Despite being across the road from a train station, the windows provide excellent soundproofing - you don't need them open with the effective air conditioning anyway - and they have electric blinds inside, activated by a switch beside the bed so you can enjoy the views, even after you're tucked in! The bathroom was spotless, with an enormous shower head with different pressure options at the press of a button. The mirror did steam up very quickly, but we found if we propped the door open, this could be avoided. We were also pleased to find that the room was attended to daily, with clean towels provided - something I have yet to come across anywhere else in our post-covid world! One of the main features that drew us to this hotel was the roof terrace, which provides a beautiful view across the local area, and we spent one particular evening up there enjoying coffee and a family game whilst watching a beautiful sunset. The bar is open until late on the ground floor, and we found not only the hot drinks to be of good quality, but the beer to be very good value, too! However, if you really are looking for some good beer, then hidden just behind the station across the road is a fantastic independent brewery, with a huge selection of beers, a gorgeous sun-trap of a beer garden, and street-food style outlets. Well worth a visit! The station itself provides a short ＜10 minute trip into the city centre and all of the main attractions in one direction, and around 45 minutes to the airport (with one train change), in the other direction. Potsdamer Platz and it's incredible history is also a reachable distance by foot. The staff are friendly, right through from check-in to check-out, from breakfast to evening drinks. Although we opted for breakfast on only one morning of our stay, there was plenty of choice, being a typical continental-style buffet breakfast, with breads, cold meats, cheeses, fruits and yoghurts as well as hot options of scrambled eggs and pancakes. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to this incredible city, and are already dreaming up our next excuse to visit - maybe for the Christmas Markets?!

Hotel in good location, cheap. Tip: On the reception there are thinner, narrow head kitchens.

A very modern, arty and colourful hotel with lots of graffiti type paintwork in the main lobby and restaurant area. The breakfasts were fantastic with a very good variety of food and probably the best scrambled egg I have ever had in any hotel. The staff were very helpful and service was excellent and we had a quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is situated on the 5th floor of a shopping mall and therefore quite hard to find especially if you are arriving by car. They charge a very reasonable 3 Euros a day to park in the adjacent car park and the U Bahn stop Frankfurter Allee is just round the corner. There are a lot of good restaurants for dinner near Samariterstrasse which is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel or one stop on the U Bahn.

Was very good also in corona times, location was best to reach everywhere in Berlin,traffic nodes, rooms were good, only wlan does not always work, must log in every time renewed, but nothing is too bad and I will book again at the end of the Month
