You should change beds. It is very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up every hour at night.
Also don’t expect to see the ocean.
Views from windows are sucks.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Moon Palace. The staff were all wonderful. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping came daily. The food was top notch and had a great variety. The resort is so big and there is something for everyone. We were there for 7 days and we didn't even see the whole resort. The golf carts take you around to where ever you would like to go and it is very convenient. Would recommend this resort to anyone it is lovely.

There was a lot (a lot) of people trying to get you into a “tour” of the property. They said it wasn’t time shares but it’s something like that. The beds were real small. They called them queen but might have been full sized at best. To make a reservation to a restaurant you have to get up at midnight or you will miss out.
But after all that the staff is great, the food was awesome, and there are a lot of pools to choose from.

Resort was nice, typical all inclusive, was expecting better for the price paid, water park was really big and cool for the kids. beds are really small and not very comfortable. Biggest dislike was the staff always trying to sell you a time share. And they don’t take no as an answer.

“guest services” employees push too hard to upsell. I ask for directions and they ask if we intend to come back. I ask where a certain pool is, they ask if we have been to any excursions. Its too much pressure.

Very large resort, lots of options. Very family oriented. Previous negative reviews not reflective of what is actually happening. Most restaurants even on grand side require reservations for dinner which was disappointing. Breakfast and lunch options were mostly buffet which isnt my preference. Lots a pools to select from , good amount of activity. Large rooms. Nice staff. Grounds kept up well. Beach was nice and not at all as bad as reviews suggest either. We walked and swam with no issues. Probably not the best resort for young single people as this was mostly family oriented, middle aged young children.
