Using ***********, I booked Torremar Alquilevante apartment D floor 12. After booking confirmed and if I cancelled would have to the full amount I started to receive details from the proprietors of the apartment. On arrival I would have to collect keys a twenty minute walk from apartment between the hours 12pm to 2pmonly. As I wouldn’t arrive till late evening I had to pay a further 10 euro for the keys to be put in a safety deposit box again a 20 min walk away.Getting into apartment about 11pm There was no toilet paper, No soaps, no bottled water,the batteries in tv remote were dead, had to wait 40min for water to heat up after one shower. The air con doesn’t blow warm, over a five day stay the towels were never changed. No Wi-Fi. The good thing about this apartment was it was clean and tidy and in a good location.Good enough for 1 to 2 people. This review doesn’t apply to all in this building. I would book this building again but certainly not this apartment.

Apartamento acogedor, y para mí, lo que más valoro, la limpieza. Bien situado, buena ambiente, restaurantes de todo tipo de comidas, lo recomendaría. La chica que nos entregó las llaves, Gloria, muy agradable.
