The best thing about Hailing Hotel is that it is like family, especially warm and welcoming. The owner is like the big brother next door, without a sense of distance. The hotel environment is good, clean and beautiful. It is opposite to Wanda Food Street and shopping malls, eating and lodging. The trips are very convenient. Every time I come to Bengbu, I want to live in his house. The service is so good that people always miss it. It’s not an exaggeration to say

早上八點半退房到前台關門打了九個電話都不接！最後打電話給去那兒客服，客服一打就接了，**不是有按金在你那裡給你打電話，打了好幾個電話還不接，什麼玩意兒！黑店！

來考研的 住了兩晚上 訂的雙床房 結果給我們安排的大床房 窗户關不嚴實 看書的時候都冷 打電話讓送的衞生紙拖鞋牙刷啥的一直到走都沒見送過來 最過分的是我的100塊錢按金不退我 要退房的時候前台沒有人打電話説加微信退 結果一直不同意微信好友申請 咱就是説咱不理解
