Demora exaustiva no chekim...tive que esperar a liberação de um quarto por mais de uma hora. Apartamento muito pequeno, teto bem baixo, o café da manhã é a lacarte e com poucas opções para ser solicitado, ex suco só de laranja. Não recomendo.

Hotel com excelente localização, ótimas acomodações, cama confortável, banheiro limpo e chuveiro forte.
Ponto negativo para o café da manhã com poucas opções e com o mesmo cardápio todos os dias; para o Box do chuveiro (sem a porta) molhando todo o banheiro; Ar condicionado com barulho.
Melhorando esses quesitos (principalmente o café da manhã), torna-se uma excelente opção para estadias longas.

Quarto muito pequeno, sem iluminação e abafado.
Não tinha passagem de ar, mofos na parede, pra quem tem algum problema respiratório tipo rinite é melhor nem se hospedar.
Ar condicionado não funcionava direito a regulagem.
Elevador parou de funcionar e fiquei um tempão esperando a boa vontade dele voltar a funcionar.

Atendimento da recepção (Rafael) e especialmente o Júlio são pessoas muito atenciosas!
Entretanto, o serviço de café da manhã é terrível. Tem que pedir às cegas para o garçom trazer na mesa.
Muito diferente do que se espera da hospedagem em MG.
