Reservei 2 quartos com cama casal cada. Porém, a atendente disse que a reserva era para quartos com 2 camas de solteiro. Mostrei o meu e-mail confirmando camas de casal, mas mesmo assim a atendente tentou argumentar que nem sempre pode vir com cama de casal🤷. Logo depois do stress inicial, ela encontrou os quartos com cama de casal. O quarto 108, tem uma cama agradável, o ar condicionado funcionou com a persiana fechada ela não abria. O pior ficou por conta do banheiro. O banheiro tem uma micro pia (pia antiga) e com área de chuveiro minúscula. Alguém um pouco acima do peso terá dificuldades para tomar um bom banho.
O hotel fornece um café da manhã básico, mas bem feito. Pelo valor da diária poderia até ser melhor.

Hotel com muito conforto, ótimo atendimento (especialmente do gerente Alex) e excelente localização. Único ponto negativo é que o restaurante Amadeus não funciona para o jantar desde o mês junho, atuando somente com café, almoço e room service.

Hotel maravilhoso. Todos os profissionais que trabalham ali são muito queridos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é perfeito e o restaurante do hotel também. Apenas senti falta da troca de toalha no quarto, como fiquei 4 dias achei que trocariam pelo menos a cada 2 dias, fora isso tudo maravilhoso. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo.

Localização excelente,quartos limpos, silencioso e aconchegante, funcionários atenciosos e educados, café da manhã muito bom.
Os pontos negativos:
A iluminação do quarto é ruim.
Falta no quarto,um cardápio com os valores do restaurante.
Acho que a garagem, não poderia ser cobrado para hóspede.
