Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Belo Horizonte

I enjoyed the hotel, location cleaning and service, Nelson from the very sympathetic reception. Breakfast well varied but medium, fantastic omelet. Only the q bathroom left to desire, ralo n of the account, even switching little, makes a rsrs well.

The service was excellent, everything was organized and preserved. Room service was fast and accurate. The breakfast was sensational with many varieties. I will definitely return to the hotel.

In short, they treated me differently, they didn't let me get a visit even by paying the hotel fee, they didn't pass my Wi-Fi password even by requesting several times, even I gave up. I asked for food in another restaurant for iFood, they forgot to send a cut, I asked the cut, they didn't want to give me or at least rent, I had to eat with my hand. I was covered with the delivery the next day, and I received a colleague there, and they swallowed the entrance, and I felt very bad as a person, I felt badly even, for pure juice of prejudice, I know if they thought I was poor or what happened. But all right, I will never host this hotel anymore, and whoever I can advise, I will not advise. We are bad employees and bad humans!

All within the expected ....excellent local to host .... close to everything and good standard neighborhood

This is an hotel I stay from time to time during work travels. Hotel is quite alright but the bathroom smells are getting worse every time. It seems hotel have some plumbing problems that they never correct.

The breakfast here is very rich and the surrounding environment is convenient. A very cost-effective hotel

The hotel did not identify my reservation. I arrived at 17:50 to check, but the attendant did not recognize my reservation and refused to deliver my room access letter. When I returned early again I was informed that my reservation was not located, causing a great depletion. After a long debate, access was released. The stay was completely compromised, and I wish the compensation for the expenses

Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.
