the price is right and the place is clean
The only tough thing is that the office is open till 8 pm only since I work late hours. After 8 pm guests have to call a number and a staff member has to come over and check you in. Unsure if they are on the premises.

Ive stayed here a doz or so times. Staff is friendly, rooms are all upgraded. Many available options to eat within walking distance.

Dirty with bugs in room. I was not told the king size bed is on the second floor until I arrived. It is very difficult for me to climb stairs. The staff did try to see if they could get a first floor but could not. After a 5 hour flight and a 7 hour drive to get there I was to tired to look for another place to stay. I will not stay here again and not recommend. I had bad experience with 2 of 3 hotels Experian set up for me.

Do not stay here under any circumstances! After having paid in advance for a non-smoking room, we checked in late, and the only available room had a disgusting, overpowering stench of cigarette smoke. Since we could not possibly stay in that room, we handed back the keys and scrambled to find a room at another motel. The Atlantic manager was away, and when I finally reached him a few days later, he refused to give any refund and claimed we had stayed in the room !!

My friend and I were looking for a last minute stay on Point Pleasant for Labor Day and we really lucked out choosing the Atlantic Motel! We weren’t familiar with the area so we were skeptical but we were so happy with our choice. The room was clean as could be, the staff was extremely pleasant, it was quiet, we felt safe(we are two girls in our early 20’s), we were close to the beach, restaurants, and night life. It was everything we could’ve asked for. Highly recommend booking your stay here!
