Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Alfred Street

Room & hotel are great. Clean, polite staff, great location. Just do not make the mistake of eating in their restaurant! Ordered meals at 19.10 food finally arrived a whole hour later. The mixed grill was a major disappointment. Gammon all fat, steak all grissel. Egg was a mess. Pineapple was burnt! Chips were greasy. Others in the restaurant were complaining and one man got his whole bill refunded after the waitress told him they had no chef that night! The waitress knocked a few quid off our bill but we had waited so long and the food was so bad it really was too little too late!

Premier Inns all follow the same format, and this was a good choice. Friendly staff, decent sized rooms, and a central location near City Hall. It was easy to get to all tourist spots, so a good base. Very happy and would return if I return to Belfast.

Hotels location is good. Room was clean'ish. Table had stains from previous occupants and toilet seat could use some scrubbing. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly except for receptionist Bonita who as good as came out and accused me for not paying for breakfasts and questioned my sons age to the point that I offered her to show his passport!!

We stayed for two nights and overall it was very enjoyable. The room was very well laid out and the bed was very comfortable together with an excellent bathroom and shower facilities .We were able to park the car just five minutes to the right near a Fire Station cost was £7.50 for 24 hour parking .Walking into the city centre took about ten minutes which was very handy. We also enjoyed Breakfast loads to choose from and at all times the staff were very helpful.

Great location to a local gig and great location to the city centre. Lovely and clean stay. I left behind a pair of sunglasses accidentally but no-one has contacted me about them yet and I have sent emails and tried to call multiple times but that’s the only issue

Recently spent 3 nights at the Premier Inn in Belfast city centre with 6 friends. A very enjoyable trip, great room, clean and comfortable, lovely shower. Friendly staff especially Keiran who was very helpful regarding directions and recommendations for places to eat and drink. Once we got our bearings we found the hotel was convenient for most things we wanted to do . Would highly recommend the Titanic experience and the city bus tour to experience the Falls Road and Shankill Road, very sobering. Some great pubs and restaurants, particularly Kelly's cellars, The Crown and Duke of York. Moane's seafood restaurant was excellent. Food prices are reasonable but drinks are expensive which could be said for any city nowadays. My only gripe is the policy of two adults per room ,we had to book 4 rooms for 7 people when each room had a king size bed and a single so we could have made do with 3 rooms. Extra unnecessary expense of around £400 when three of us would have been happy to share one of the rooms!
