I’ve become a regular at the Hualux hotel location in Haidian Beijing. I was especially happy with the service from all the staff on this visit. They were kind, courteous and warm in their approach. I was particularly happy with Steven, a young man, who helped me carry my luggage to my room. He, alongside, the entire displayed excellent customer service~ job well done. Thank you.
