Poor hygiene. I compared the surrounding hotels near Dacheng Road and decided to stay at Orange Hotel. I was very disappointed. When I entered the room, I was shocked. I thought it was a multi-legged reptile, but it turned out to be a small bunch of hair. There was also a gelatinous substance on the washstand. There were obvious large stains on the curtains.

The room is very hygienic and has very good hot water. The key is that all the supplies have a light orange smell, which makes people feel refreshed, fresh and clean. The gym has hot water 24 hours a day, which can keep you up all the time. Keep up the habit of exercising, the restaurant is also very good, the price is also very favorable and Qingming, I think it is the first choice in Beijing.

First, when checking in, they asked me to scan the QR code with WeChat to place a new order, which was suspected of inducing registered users. Second, the room card was invalid when I checked in, and I wasted 20 minutes going back and forth. The waiter opened the door with a universal room card. Third, the check-in receipt stated that it was four hours from ***0 to 22.40! ! ! As a result, I called around 22:00 to urge me to check out. After I told the time, a staff member said that he knew and was sorry. Then someone knocked on the door and urged me to check out. . . Fourth, the most outrageous thing was that I was very tired. I didn’t turn on the lights when I checked in. I took a shower and went to sleep directly. Then I woke up and turned on the lights. I found a lot of mold spots on the pillow. I was really disgusted. I thought I had been urged several times, so I didn’t think too much. I hurried downstairs to give the card to check out and left. Fifth, the most outrageous thing was that after the above experience, I contacted Ctrip customer service. After contacting them, the waitress who answered the phone was still very disdainful of Ctrip’s official customer service and had a bad attitude. This is outrageous to me. And there was no compensation or apology for me. Real advice, avoid pits, don’t stay!
