有史以來住過最垃圾的民宿！
報着很開心的心情來北京環球影城，結果被民宿搞的心情非常糟！幫大家避坑拾光夏！大家千萬不要訂這家！
29號晚上到北京臨時訂的民宿，因為第二天要去環球影城，所以想着近一點，因為我們四個人，看着簡介寫着45平，所以就訂了，剛到民宿樓下看到樓梯非常狹窄陡峭，光走人就已經很困難了，還要自己搬行李已經要崩潰了，上樓後有三間房，我們是其中一間，打開後我們都震驚了，一眼就能看到整個房間，這哪裡有45平？
最多最多20平！！！
當時我朋友發出了靈魂一問，問了管家，這個房間面積真的有45平嗎？管家回覆：有的。
不好意思我們看着這麼好騙嗎？一個小房間，廁所和睡覺的地方中間就小小的隔開，地上鋪上了行李箱感覺寸步難行，管家好像也是睜着眼睛説瞎話的？後來我給他微信上發：小哥你們這個45平是算上公攤面積的吧？也沒有得到回覆，當天晚上氣不過就想直接退房走的。但是由於第二天一早要去環球影城，擔心朋友受不了，所以決定退第二天的房間費用。
這個時候管家好像看到了申請退款的訊息，打來了電話，完全沒有回覆之前那個房間45平的困惑，説要去和房東申請一下，excuse？
其他：
廁所：衞生紙也沒有，衹剩下最後一張，讓我不由聯想是不是之前的人用完都沒有來得及更換過？房間的衞生很堪憂！衞生間私隱性差，洗澡的話上半身都能看到，毫無隱蔽性！
智能馬桶：人還沒走到馬桶邊就自行翻蓋，一直翻蓋，智能化也很看不出來。
被子枕頭套還需要自行去套。
最後，和房東申請之後，管家也沒有任何一句抱歉，就是通過攜程直接退掉一晚。當天晚上真的住的非常不舒適！大家都要注意！！45平完全是虛假營銷！！真的體驗感極差！第二天一早6點多就退房就是要趕着去下一個酒店，實在待不住！再匆忙一行人趕環球影城門口排隊！！

超棒的體驗！設備和床品都很舒服，老闆人好還很有品味，很多細節都做得面面俱到。酒店位置到環球影城打車也很快。榻榻米房間能住下兩大兩小，對小寶寶也很友好，不用擔心滾下床，下次還來這還會選這裏！

第一印象就是老闆娘很nice，還沒到民宿，微信先加好了，一路引導我們安全到達民宿，貼心的開好了暖氣，準備好了水果，兩層樓，三家人，入住很舒服，關鍵離環球很近，開車20分鐘！推薦喲～這個跨年很開心

今天入住的拾光夏民宿，體驗感非常棒，位置離環球15分鐘車程，不再有早起困擾，適合帶孩子一起出行遊玩。民宿裝修Ins風，一進去就讓人覺得很舒服。房間乾淨、床品五星級品質、睡得很舒服。房東非常熱情，下次去環球是我住宿首選！。
