I can not complain, but I can give a bad review. I have the right to comment on the real situation of the room. I didn't sleep well all night, which affected my work the next day. I didn't ask them to compensate me for my mental damages. They also gave me a pen and a letter and asked me to write a guarantee. If I refunded the full amount, I couldn't complain or give a bad review. What kind of insulting operation is this? I definitely can't agree to it. They also threatened me to complain and let me do whatever I want. Their attitude was very unfriendly. The room fee was 233, but when I checked in, they said that this room was a special room with no windows and a corridor window. They asked me to add 30 yuan to change to a room with windows. I specifically mentioned that I didn't want a noisy room. He said that this side is not facing the street and it's not noisy. Who knew that it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night. I complained to the Ctrip platform. The platform found the hotel and negotiated with it for two days. The hotel's attitude was still tough. They said that I couldn't comment if they wanted a refund. I was also very tough and had to comment truthfully!

It's within the Third Ring Road, near Tong Ren Tang Company. Get off from the subway station and walk around Tong Ren Tang. There are many delicious restaurants on the opposite side of the road. We took the subway to Daqianmen, which is not far away. The subway is very convenient.
