Great location for hiking. Some climbing was needed to get to our room. Clean and adequate. Nice tree in the front for shading. Basketball hoops in the parking lot. Small creek in front for finding fish. The front desk can arrange for a driver.

五一假期帶家人郊區放鬆放鬆，由於懷柔假期人太多，體驗感不好，這次特意選擇密雲旅遊。計劃住宿兩晚，通過攜程網進行搜尋，找到了京都第一瀑度假村，這在當地算是最大的度假村之一了，整體環境不錯，房間也進行升級，由於孩子大了定了一間陰面一房一廳的房間，一張大床一張小床，因疫情影響很多客人來不了退房，老闆給換了個陽面。住進來感覺空間還是比較大，客廳有沙發、冰箱、茶桌等設施，卧室的大床很大，孩子不大的話兩個大人一個孩子完全睡的下，小床也是1.2米夠用。廁所面積也很大，各種用具齊全，整體感覺還是不錯，價格一晚不到七百七元左右性價比還不錯。如果五口人可以選擇兩室一廳，帶個麻將室，兩個人推薦五號樓標間，視野開闊。整個度假村有一個兩層的餐廳，有會議室、ktv室，還有一個很大綜合娛樂場所，桌球、乒乓球、麻將室、游泳池等各種娛樂設施，很適合家庭度假。這家特色是灶台魚和灶台雞，個人推薦灶台雞，口味偏重，喜歡清淡的朋友可以少吃，早餐還算豐富。附近原來的京都第一瀑景區關了，但不遠處還有個天門山，屬於自然風景區，山頂的景色還是很美的，但提醒各位上山的路不太好走，土路居多，體能好的同學大概一個小時左右能到山頂，距離山頂還有幾百米的人工台階確實有點挑戰，帶好水做好心裏準備。總體這次五一期間體驗還是不錯的，密雲還有很多值得去的地方，有機會還會來。

最好的房子就是觀景大床房，太美了，房間很大真的建議再放一個單人床，變成親子房。因為都是帶娃玩的，看了房間覺得少一個床。不然這麼大房間也是真的浪費。水庫魚超級入味，燉了一個小時，早餐也不錯。活動中心也特別好，走路可以去天門山景區！值得再來！

非常棒的度假村，依山傍水，還有乒乓球，桌球等娛樂設施。旁邊就是天門山景區。老闆娘很熱心，看我愛人衣服單薄，還幫我們找衣服。早餐也很豐盛，下次還來。

可以説非常差了，一直在跳閘停電，房間潮濕陰冷，被子都是濕的，沒有飲用水提供，第一瀑景點停業，完全沒有來的必要。

國慶原來安排被打亂了，臨時找地方，找到這裏。怎麼説呢，算是一個設施比較齊全的農家樂吧，有個康樂室，有桌球乒乓球淘氣堡等設施，泳池沒開。天氣不好一直下雨，陰冷陰冷的，附近啥也沒有，衹能窩在房間裏

非常好的一次住宿體驗，裡邊停車方便，吃飯菜量大價格不貴，老闆人非常nice,給升級了親子房，周邊環境好，可以玩水，距離景點近，度假村裡有運動娛樂設施。唯一的不足是進度假村的小路窄而破。

灶台魚，鐵鍋燉水庫魚很好吃；還有烤虹鱒魚、烤串也不錯，房間乾淨有空調。山莊大門口有一條小溪，溪水是從山裡流出來的，裏面有小魚；三樓有大露台，孩子爬山、撈魚然後寫寫作業不耽誤。位置好，去附近清涼谷天門山景點都很近。老闆很熱情。
