So happy with our stay! Amazing clean and modern interior, very convenient location next to a huge new mall, friendly staff and very nice buffet breakfast. We'll try to come back when we get a chance!
On the photo just enjoyed a nice view at the front yard from the dining room.

入住體驗非常差，先是在房間睡午覺的時候，服務員不敲門自行刷卡進了房間，嚇得我從床上蹦起來，莫名其妙的説要送浴巾，但是房間是有浴巾的，而且該服務員不是之前為我們提供多次服務的本層服務員……餐廳服務員各種無視，無論你是喊，是招手，主打就是聽不見看不見……早餐的水煮蛋不知放了多久，都已經變色變味了，以為衹是個例，連開三個都是一樣的……入住快捷酒店也不至於這樣吧？

房間很大，酒店服務很好，用了預售券很划算，贈送了一頓雙人日韓自助晚餐在隔壁萬豪，甜品好吃，還有很多酒水飲料。早餐是在大堂餐廳吃的，也很豐富美味。

作為萬豪的配套低一級公寓，一點不差，不管環境還是員工素質，地理位置也非常方便，離景區也比較近，房間可以用電磁爐，值得推薦的一個公寓酒店。

北京城裡土著頭一次來延慶，帶着父母和狗子 兩間房，房間超大，衞生情況良好，設施齊全。總體非常滿意，下次來度假還想來！

房間寬敞，細節設計合理，衞生很好，服務人員彬彬有禮。有微波爐，電磁灶，方便做簡餐，廚具可以向前台申請借用。B1有地下車位。早餐也過得去，西式：多種麪包及咖啡，培根，起司，酸奶。中式：麪條，炒麪，熱菜等。如果説有小問題的話，小米粥可以稀一些，焗小土豆可再軟一些。性價比相對比較高，準備看一下其他城市該品牌的分佈，方便以後入住。

環境差，服務差，房間味道不好！除了房間大之外，根本達不到4鑽的水平，不知怎麼評上的！周邊也沒有好的景點！到八達嶺還有很長一段距離！！不過，他們酒店對外國人是真好，迎賓和大堂主動幫助外國人託運行李！對我衹是愛理不理！！望公平對待！！

整體比較滿意的一次出行和入住。
從辦理入住到退房整體服務非常棒👍🏻酒店大堂的裝修風格很喜歡。底下停車位充足。服務房間很乾凈，有陽台可以看到周圍的山，就是早上沒起來去吃早飯，朋友説早餐種類比較少，不太好吃。
