熊孩子太多了，每天吵到凌晨1.2點才睡覺，跟前台説換房，到最後也沒給我換也沒有任何的賠償措施，很差

第二次入住，可能是疫情緣故人並不多，房間乾淨衞生，服務人員熱情，友好。晚上可能泡温泉，整體來説還是不錯的，建議露台私湯在加地燈，晚上不是太亮

住的雙床標間，空間不算小，除了有點舊還是很乾凈的，牙刷屋裡沒有需要和前台要。我們是兩個大人帶着一個四歲小孩，一個大人和孩子睡，另一個單獨睡，個人感覺不覺得擁擠，帶個陽台去温泉玩水回來晾曬衣服方便。晚飯在二層齊魯餐廳定的198兩至三人的套餐，感覺四個人也能吃的飽飽的，早餐沒在這吃，門口有個賣早點的買了油條豆漿百姓價位。酒店就在五洲植物園門口，植物園開門前退房，不用在門口等着。植物園門票攜程定要提前兩個小時要不出不了票。

定的帶私湯的屋子，屋裡沒有洗頭水沐浴露，牙刷也是前台要的，所以要來一定自己帶好了。再説説服務吧！問什麼都是愛搭不理的，要幾個衣服架子都沒有，説是每間房都是配好的。我是平日去的，你是所有房間都住滿了嗎？我就不信酒店沒有富裕的衣服架。推薦帶孩子來玩，但是不要太講究就好。空調是中央空調，沒有冷風，我們開了一宿的落地窗。我已經不想在給前台打電話了。有温泉要單花錢，適合孩子玩。就是整體的服務差評。孩子滑滑梯，因為滑梯上開的水流比較小，滑到一半停住了，孩子是不是要起來走下來，服務員就説我家孩子，還讓我看好了。説話的語氣特別沒有禮貌，真的還不如孩子有家教。

服務挺好，有問題都解決了。戲水不錯，小童遊玩和泳池超大，水足，挺好的。房間的床比較硬，整頭蕎麥皮硬枕頭，睡着比較舒服。買套餐送的植物園票，温泉票超值！！！鄰街過車還比較吵，房間隔音不太好，偶發性的，遇到樓底下師傅幹活電鋸卡卡卡卡卡，應該換到別的地方，遠離住宿區。早餐太一般了，建議去外面吃。因為看評論説舊，也就有心理預期，進房間壁紙翹邊，電視小，而且一卡一卡的不知道為什麼。綜合來看這個價位，這個房型，這個套餐，來了不虧

酒店內部有通道連接到温泉樂園很方便，孩子玩的很開心尤其是在五洲植物樂園裡，冬天的室內遊樂場所，孩子玩的不亦樂乎。

帶着老媽和兒子一起去的，房間在2樓，大陽台，敞亮。送的温泉票可以在入住期間多次出入，玩的很開心。前台也特別好。總之很滿意。

酒店很好，乾淨衞生，跟温泉有連廊，非常方便，温泉浴室有點難聞，可以經常噴灑空氣清新劑，會好一些吧。酒店住一晚玩兩天，比在家玩手機強多了
