The room had no window, first time in my life... they should have stated in advance.
Service never did the room cleaning.

location of hotel a bit too far from city center and from metro stations. good room comfortable good room service. breakfast not satisfying as lack of choice very average.

I really liked N31 , specifically the terrace room. The hotel is cosy , that’s a good word to describe it. It’s a cosy weekend stay with your partner. Everything was nice and clean and we will definitely be back. If you want a room with a terrace which is hard to find in BJ you should stay here. I wish check in was little quicker but other than that everything was good.

Nice little hotel, lobby was filled with fake books and the bar with mostly "fake" brands or green versions of brandy. Overall a good and clean experience.
The little terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy the morning sun, even tho the view wasn't the best.
Front desk what helpful, in English, when we were dealing with a slightly difficult situation.
