We checked into this hotel at 8:00 pm and went up to the third floor. We were stunned by what we saw in front of us. We asked the customer service and they said they were washing the carpets. A big smell hit us. The room equipment was old and small. I couldn't open my body, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke. After I complained, I moved to another room, but the new room didn't have enough heating and was very cold. I had to wear a sweater and jacket in the room, and I didn't want to drag two large suitcases with my children in the ice and snow. If we move again, we have to make do with it for one night.
