Beijing Chengbao Hotel (Beijing Sanyuanqiao Subway Station)

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is very convenient to take a subway. Of course, although the traffic in Beijing is congested, we mostly take a taxi. Because it consumes a lot of energy every day, we really don’t want to squeeze into the subway. We only take the subway once in the Bird’s Nest, which is also very convenient. Convenient, the hotel is very clean, not noisy, and very comfortable. We booked a family room, which was great. We stayed for four consecutive nights. It was great. The service was very considerate. We had a night flight back and the hotel could help store our luggage. It was really good. It's very considerate. It's very convenient for express delivery and so on. The security measures are very good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. I will choose this restaurant next time. It's very considerate and friendly. I like it very much.

**I didn’t read the home page. After checking in, I realized that the hotel was so old. I didn’t know that it was renovated in 2006. It doesn’t matter if it’s old, it’s okay to be warmer, it’s okay to be cold. It’s okay to have a thicker quilt. When I touched it, the quilt was so thin that there was no cotton. The front desk phone told me to turn on the air conditioner. Do I have to sleep with the noise from the air conditioner? Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. What a shame for such a great location!

Very bad. The first room did not have a bathtub. After the change, there was a sound of running water. It was very bad.

The sound insulation of the hotel is not good. I went back after 12 o'clock in the evening and didn't get my room card. There was no one at the front desk. The security guard at the door asked for help but no one answered. I waited for more than half an hour until the security guy jumped to the front desk to get the key. The waiter just came out of the lounge and didn't apologize at all. When I checked out the next day, I complained to the front desk clerk to no avail. He also said that they had not rested for 24 hours and needed to sleep. There was no apology at all. It was really a waste of money. What a hotel! Rubbish

在攜程上訂的北京城寶飯店，到店辦理入住十分快捷。前台有位男服務員態度好，很熱情，服務周到，我們問詢能清楚給我們解答，賓至如歸的感覺，給這位先生N個贊！ 飯店環境很優雅，房間佈置高檔、舒適、乾淨、安靜、便捷，個人還滿意，值得推薦！

最不滿意的一次體驗沒有之一，20平的房間實際衹有一半大，因為入住的晚而且一大早就要走也就沒有計較。一進到房間就聞到一股很沖的香味（應該是為了遮掩房間內的黴味兒噴撒的香氛），想通通風結果窗户打不開，一晚上幾乎沒有睡着，因為我不得不用自帶的濕巾捂住口鼻以過濾這種刺鼻的味道，真的每一分鐘都是煎熬😩這種房間真的就不該被拿出來賣！

除了外賣送不進來以為都挺好！ 衞生：還行、 設施：還可以、 環境：挺好、空間很大、 服務：很好👍

房間花灑的水一點壓力沒有出水太小，二個房間二天下來，反映多次沒人解決，停車還要另外收費，真是無語

酒店服務太差，預訂好的房間沒有，要給降級，最後再百般周旋下又給找出間套房，直至晚10點多才入住，並且酒店經理言而無信，當晚耽誤客人入住，承諾升級房間並免除一間房費，第二天結賬時不承認此説法，給差評不是因為免費一間房的事情，而是你們的這種態度，毫無誠信可言！
