客服人員免費升級了大床房，房間整潔、乾淨、舒適、牀頭櫃桌面有感應手機充電器，有感應電吹風，看到馬桶蓋有電源線，應該也是智能的（暫時沒有體驗），離地鐵站挺近，走路去王府井也就是十幾分鍾，時間不趕的話，可以走路去故宮，挺方便的。

房間挺乾淨，之前看了差評還不敢定，來了覺得挺好，有早餐，有洗衣機烘乾機，很方便。離地鐵站也比較近，也可以免費存行李。之前沒發現，旁邊就有一個小衚衕，裏面有那種老北京早餐，可惜我退房才發現。沒有去逛逛。旁邊就是首都劇場，由於時間緊，沒來得及安排看一場，遺憾。離故宮後門和景山公園特別近，我們逛完故宮居然走回去的，體力一級棒。一般人做不到。

地理位置非常好，距離王府井、美術館都很近，離地鐵站也很近，交通便利。相對應的，房間內空間有限，但該有的都有，除了走廊較窄，行李箱太大，展開有點擋路以外沒有問題，桌面貼着無線充電的貼紙，可惜沒有，美中不足

酒店非常不錯，安靜衞生，和圖片介紹上的完全相符。位置不錯，坐地鐵很方便，旁邊就是首都劇場，王府井，看劇逛街兩不誤～早餐種類多樣，味道也很好，很滿意。工作人員服務態度特別好，尤其是前台小汪帥哥，我有個快遞寄錯地址了，他專程為我去取，一點沒耽誤事，感謝。
