酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。交通方便、早餐豐富、智能馬桶，給我營造了一種家的感覺，入住體驗很好。喜歡房型還有一個原因它的設計感和軟裝很有特點，洗手枱是開放型的，乾濕分離還有個置物的空間。整體給人感覺非常舒服！無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理。

很不錯的體驗，非常舒適，服務也很棒，大廳裝修環境不錯，包括還有免費的洗衣機健身房，一樓大廳還有一個潮汕火鍋，味道也不錯，地理位置也很好，出門就是2號線和6號線地鐵，走路也就3分鐘，特別近，周圍的景點也挺多的，王府井，三里屯，簋街這些幾站地就到了，房間裝修也不錯，沒有味道，前台服務也不錯，下次出來玩還會選擇佳龍酒店

1、我原定的是精品單人間，當天到時前台人員熱情的為我免費升級了精品大床房。房型很好，外出辦事很方便，步行幾分鐘。自助早餐很不錯。順便囉嗦幾句，負責我房間的服務員李梅雖沒見面，卻能感到她的心思，每天房間打掃的非常細心，客服的王妮為我燙好了所帶的衣服，每天微信問候、需要什麼。茶吧裏有很多吃的、喝的，整個住店過程感覺非常好。美中不足的是我的房間沒有體重秤，結果沒控制好體重，長胖了好幾斤哦。

必須説這是假期帶孩子出遊體驗最好的酒店。離地鐵東四十條和東直門都非常近，附近也有多趟公交路過，出行非常方便。離簋街和三里屯非常近，早餐品種豐富，小孩子特別喜歡 。服務人員特別熱情，尷尬的是退房後發現外套忘拿了，跟酒店聯繫以為在房間，實際是在前一晚忘沙發角落了，晚上在返程的地鐵上接到酒店服務人員説查了好久監控才發現衣服在沙發上，給我發了順豐還堅持酒店付費，入住體驗太好了，孩子也特別喜歡説下次到北京還要住在這裏。

酒店距離天安門、故宮、南鑼鼓巷特別的近，出行非常的方便，酒店服務很貼心，房間配備的東西很齊全，有免費的礦泉水，都特別的方便，有獨立的衞生間，淋浴間，尤其是床鋪看起來讓人很舒服的感覺；負責打掃我房間衞生的大姐衞生打掃非常的乾淨，打掃時還幫我把衣服疊的整整齊齊的，她們的服務特貼心啦，酒店所有的工作人員都特別的熱情，見到每位顧客都能主動打招呼問好，尤其在外遊玩回來加上天氣炎熱心情有些走進酒店大堂離老遠都能感受她們那暖暖的微笑，打招呼聲，讓我們這些出門旅行的人一天都有好心情，也讓我在這座城市有更好的印象，出門在外不一定崇拜住的多麼高檔的酒店，而是要的就是舒服舒心，開心， 特別喜歡西安這個繁華而喧鬧的城市，下次來北京還會選擇佳龍酒店，也會推薦給朋友的吆！

從入住到離店，真正體驗到了酒店的優質服務，比同行酒店好太多了。這裏的服務員態度好，服務熱情，有啥需要，都能儘量滿足，尤其是客房服務非常好！我們住了好幾天每天晚上都會為我們忙前忙後。出門在外卻感受到了家的温暖！這樣的酒店還是希望多些！住酒店選佳龍！超值！

體驗感比較差的一次住宿，忍不住要發表意見，給大家參考：
先説結論：不如住個250元的七天。
首先，房間非常小，估計有個10平方，床的兩側已左邊貼着牆，右邊貼着廁所，沒有衣櫃，衹有兩個衣架和掛扣，地下放了行李箱勉勉強強，再多個書包都不知道放哪裡好。
其次，廁所也小，乾濕不分離，洗澡轉身都困難；洗完馬桶都全濕了。
再次，房間裏電話是壞的，找不到前台服務，看了之前其他住客評論也説了這個情況，酒店説會逐個排查，但是看來明顯有點敷衍。
再次，沒有電梯，我住的在另外一棟入民宅的小樓，拉着行李走箱兩百米吧，雖然可以叫小哥電瓶車送，但是就是不方便，還要把箱子抗上樓。
僅剩的一星好評給電瓶車送我出入的小哥。最後好上幾張實景圖
