整體還是滿意的。房間裏的設施維護的還算不錯，就是缺少些新型電子設備。早餐略簡單了，畢竟掛牌四星。此次住了兩個同掛四星的酒店，完勝另一家。

房間很好很乾凈，裏面獨立衞浴，離五號線劉家窯地鐵站也不遠，步行十分鐘就到了，比較方便，包含早餐，早餐豐盛，牛奶豆漿雞蛋咖啡，各式點心都有。個人覺得性價比較高

三個字，非常差，還一點不人性化，帶家人去北京玩以為可以住舒服點。結果很不理想，房卡刷不了，電梯上不了，上了電梯房間又刷不了，訂了兩間房給搞了兩個樓層，然後一個卡電梯衹能自動到一個樓層，奇葩的不得了，去前台諮詢説沒有卡了，明天才能給換，服了，意思不要出門了也不要做電梯，奇葩不能再奇葩了
