服務挺好的，位置也還好，離海邊不遠，去音樂噴泉最近，掃個共享車一步到位，老闆都是很好説話的，説房間不緊張可以免費換房，住着像住自己家一樣，不過有一説一，如果老闆投點錢裝修一下，絕對更加火爆。
祝老闆生意興隆。

從四川成都過來北海旅遊，對於活了三十多歲都還沒見過海的人來説特別興奮，聽説旺季很難找位置停車，所以特意找了一家有大型車場的民宿，這家海恆賓館標註離銀灘2公里，租個共享車能隨便逛了，於是我毫不猶豫的選擇了，因為我三個人預訂了標準間，老闆怕我們睡的擁擠，説剩最後一個三床房可以幫我們免費升級，真的太好了，祝老闆生意興隆，好人一生平安，以後有老家的親戚朋友過來一定要讓他們來海恆賓館這裏住，老闆不僅人美心善，還特別熱情，感覺就像對待親人一樣的，真暖心！

位置特別好，門口大把地方停車。雖然出現了點小問題，但老闆十分熱情好客，有問題能及時解決。我看老闆也特別辛苦，半夜4:00出去玩，他還在店裡點貨。不好評都對不起這麼敬業的老闆。祝老闆生意興隆

見價格不貴，連住了5夜，房間普通裝修，跟介紹頁面上的圖片無差別，環境衞生都挺好，老闆説房間照片都是實圖完全沒有p過。到店確實如此，店裡小哥、老闆特別熱情樸實，有什麼不懂的問他們都真誠回答，賓館位置在大馬路邊上，雖然不一定比得上海邊的酒店優雅，但車子可以直接停在門口，去哪裡都方便極了。

海恆賓館老闆還比較熱情，酒店設施基本與價格相適應，環境還可以，交通便利，房間還帶個大陽台。但硬件設施如電視機競沒遙控器。

房子物美價廉，很實惠，是一個隱藏的寶藏，用一個較為合適的價格住一個特別值的房子，一個人住，什麼東西都準備好了。而且老闆人特別好，主動熱情，有什麼不懂的老闆都會幫忙，最讓人感動的是，老闆服務態度，服務效率都是嘎嘎棒。該民宿一樓是一個餐廳，你可以不出遠門就可品嚐海鮮大餐，價格公道實惠，絕不會缺斤少兩，味道比僑港那邊的做得還好吃。附近是胥家小鎮，購物，飲食等都特別方便。距離銀灘很近，走路十幾分鍾就到了，但是住宿的價格卻比銀灘便宜好多倍。總之，非常不錯。
