很好，停車很方便，衞生也不錯。旁邊這家美女的海鮮加工也值得稱讚。

本來不想來寫評價的，覺得麻煩，但還是忍不住要來誇誇。
首先價格：我訂的是3個1.5米的大床房，旺季，4個晚上，價格太香了對比其他
地段：出門就是海濱路，走100米左右，就到了潮雕廣場大門，太近了，直接光膀子出門去玩水。
服務：訂了房間之後，我給老闆打過2次電話，因為價格很便宜，我怕到店後坐地起價，很耐心
中間一個晚上，可能電路過載，3點空調出了問題，我們兩個充電器頭壞了，第二天老闆兒子來檢修電路，我隨口説了一句充電頭壞了，他直接説給我買2個來，只是隨口説説，沒想到真的買來了。
很幸運，每次出行，都遇到不錯的房間和老闆。

地理位置好，散步去銀灘就10分鐘。房間環境也挺好，價格便宜，性價比非常高。他家的小電驢30元一天，電量非常頂，逛了大半景點都衹用了一半多電。老闆一家人非常好，很好説話，有什麼需求都會盡力滿足，學生黨閉眼入沒問題#衞生
