酒店是新開業的，設施新，房間乾淨整潔，入住時前台接待人員小蔡特別熱情周到，耐心地帶我們看了酒店的各類房型，介紹周邊的景點。接班的前台小朱服務也很到位，因為她們的服務讓我們對北海增加的更多好感，下次來北海還好選擇這家人👍👍👍

酒店在僑港風情街核心區域，去僑港吃海鮮性價比很不錯，去沙灘和潿洲島都很方便。前台小姐姐服務也很周到，總體好評。

不是第一次來北海了 也不是第一次住僑港附近，這次是臨時定的酒店，確有意外驚喜，房間乾淨整潔，出門就是風情街，交通便利， 前台冬梅小姐姐非常nice,讓長者出行得到了很好的照顧，關鍵是酒店不貴，主打一個性價比
