When we checked in, the hotel had been oversold. We had booked a room with two queen beds, and the lady at the desk said that she only had one of those available and still had lots of people to check in behind us. Since it was just 2 of us and we were only spending one night, We told her that we would take one of the rooms with just one bed and share and we would make it work so that she would be able to use that room for someone that had three people or more. She said that breakfast would be open until 10 AM the next morning. However, when we went down there, they had actually closed up at 9:30. While in the lobby, several staffers were screaming and yelling at each other in a huge argument. Another staff member came over and told them to lower their voices. However, it did not help. They continued to scream and yell right behind the wall, that was open to everyone else in the hotel. Apparently someone did not show up to work, and they were all arguing and fighting with their boss over who was going to take up the slack. It was extremely unprofessional, but they did not care. They kept screaming and yelling at each other, even though they knew there was a lobby full of people.
