Room was nice. Maid service was non-existent. Asking for room service … they indicated we must ask for it the previous day. Even when we got… they didn’t even make the bed. Front desk was confused at checkout and tried to bill me again after I already pre-paid. Probably will not stay at Hilton again.

Everything in a quiet area meets the standards of a chain hotel. It is 20 minutes drive from the city center. The surrounding supporting facilities are perfect. It is convenient to go to the supermarket. Safety

非常滿意，一行四人旅途非常疲憊，但是住的非常舒服，讓精力有所恢復，房間也很大很乾凈，設施齊全，衞生很好，環境很舒適，酒店的工作人員的服務，以及態度也讓人非常滿意，這次是特意出差開會的，沒有更好更全的體驗一下酒店的各項服務，下次可以旅遊的時候來再體驗也一下！

因行程改變，10/17提前通知將於10/18退房，10/22請求退款。不知道是哪裡出了問題，一直裝聾作啞，酒店不予回覆，退款一直拖着。另外一間房間發生重複扣款。預訂時全額預付，到了現場繼續信用卡扣款消費usd700。協調了説36天返還，現在衹有等36天到了再做打算。另外一張酒店內晚餐的發票也是協調多天都沒有收到。總之所有這一切體驗非常不好。

The staff were so friendly and wonderful. I just feel the hotel was lacking just a little. It was beautiful, but you were sent somewhere else to get cash to buy quarters for laundry. A lot of hotels already have card readers on their machines. It was a little hard to coordinate room cleaning, especially being in an accessible room with someone with a disability. I was kinda sad no out or indoor pool or hottub. The area was great and the hotel was very well kept very nice!

The property is perfectly located to where I needed to be. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I found the room clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with the bed being springy with not enough padding between me and the mattress surface. I brought my own pillow as I’ve discovered in the past that the pillows provided are too flat and uncomfortable.
