We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was shockingly poor, with employees displaying an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. They seemed completely indifferent to the needs of their customers, making it feel as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a priority. Communication was also a major issue, as the staff struggled with even basic English, which led to confusion and delays in getting what we ordered. Additionally, the wait time for everything was unreasonably long. From being seated to receiving our food, every step of the process felt unnecessarily slow, and it didn’t seem like the staff was making any effort to address this. The breakfast, which used to be a highlight of this place, has gone downhill significantly. Despite the increased prices, the quality of the food has noticeably deteriorated. The selection was underwhelming, and the items that were available tasted stale or poorly prepared. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the higher prices. This restaurant needs to make significant improvements in its service, communication, and food quality before I would ever consider returning.

Otelin yorumlarina bakarak geldik. Yazilanlar kadar varmis dogasi cok guzel , insana huzur veriyor. Yemekler cok leziz ve kaliteli. Animasyon ekibine tesekkur etmek istiyorum oteli cok iyi bir sekilde tanitti bize.Selim bey ve yigit beye cok tesekkurler.Cocuklarimizi Kids cluba birakip rahat bir sekilde zaman gecirebildik. Kids clubtaki bayanlar cok tatli ve kibarlar.Tek eksiklik olarak ortak kullanim alanin olmamasi.Ama genel olarak personel guler yuzlu , Temizlik guzel , Animasyon cok eglenceli, ve servis ekibide cok yardim sever. Tekrardan gelmek istiyorum.

Biz çok memnun kalıyoruz her haftasonu kahvaltıya geliyoruz,çünkü doğa eşliğinde rahat rahat kahvaltınızı yapabilirsiniz,cocuklarınızı gönül rahatlığıyla Kids club a bırakabilirsiniz aynı zamanda kük bir hayvanat bahçesi mevcuttur.İlgi ve alaka çok yüksektir servis personeli ve Kids club da ki ablalarımız çok ilgililer her hafta sonu buradayız.Animasyon da ki arkadaşlarımız çok güler yüzlüler kendileriyle arkadaş gibi olduk.Aysu ablamız oğlumuzun ilk aşkı oldu ona buradan çok teşekkür ediyoruz 😀

Mükemmel bir otel bu hava da bile,herşeyi dört dörtlük bi butik otel bulmanız gerçekten zordur ama biz bulduk diyebilirim.Çok sevdik çocuklarımız için biçilmiş bi kaftan mini club ı mini club ablaları çok ilgililer,animasyon ekibinde ki arkadaşlarımız da çok sevecen ve güleryüzlü bi ekipleri var herşey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz 2 ay sonra yine rezervasyon yaptırdık, 2 ay sonra görüşürüz ☺️

Otele geldiğimizden beri cok etkılendık kış ayında dagların arasında serın ve atmosferı bır o kadar sıcak bır ortam. Tabıkıde bu sıcak atmosferı yaratanlar BATIHAN VADI’DE calisan personeller. Ozellikle Animasyon ekibinden Eglence muduru Selim bey’e cok tesekkurler cok yardimci oldu bizlere.Ve tabikide yigit beyede cok tesekkur ederiz. Otelin genel olarak temizligi cok guzel. Otelin carsiya mesafesi cok iyi 4-5 dakika icinde carsida olabiliyorsunuz.Rodolfo bar cok guzel dusunulmus bir konsept hem huzurlu,hemde komforlu acikcasi yazin tekrar gelmek icin sabirsizlaniyoruz

Otel’in dogasi,konumu ve etkinlikleri çok güzel aynı zamanda etkileyici. Dinlenmek isteyenede hitap ediyor,eglenmek isteyenede eğlence müdürü selim bey’e çok teşekkür ederim çok yardimciydi. Otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca bizim ile çok ilgilendiler. Yiğit beyde çok iyi bir insan yeşil alanda oturup sohbet edip icecegimiz yudumlamak çok keyifliydi.
